Marine Forecast : Northerly 10 knots developing early afternoon and gradually rising to 20 knots late evening. Sea becoming moderate late evening. Fine.

After work sail with a gusty northerly round Ward Island and back. Used the No. 3 Headsail. and No. 2 reef in the Mainsail. Wind was averaging 10-18 kts with gusts recorded up to 25 kts on the anemometer. Boat performed very well in choppy seas and speed was recorded averaging 6.5 kts SOG on the plotter as we passed Point Halswell towards Ward Is. An exhilarating and fun sail.
